Return Process:

2. Once approved, you’ll receive detailed instructions on how to return the item.
3. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise specified by Al-Tammar.

Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Eligibility:
A refund will only be issued if:

• The item is unopened, unused, and in original condition
• It was not damaged or defective upon arrival (see below for our policy on damaged/defective products)

Non-Refundable Items:
We do not offer refunds for:

• Opened, used, or consumed products
• Items purchased during sales or promotional offers, unless otherwise stated

If you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We'll work to resolve the issue promptly, either by replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
