1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship:

  • Within Pakistan (nationwide coverage)
  • Internationally (subject to country restrictions)

Shipping availability, methods, and costs vary based on your location and will be displayed during checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed and dispatched.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic (Pakistan):

  • Standard & express delivery options available
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your city or region

International:

  • Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
  • Delivery may be delayed due to customs clearance or regional restrictions

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected method
  • Free shipping promotions may be available and will be clearly displayed on the website or during checkout

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if applicable). You can use this number to monitor your shipment via the courier’s website.

6. Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer
  • Al-Tammar is not liable for delays or costs incurred due to customs procedures

7. Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address:
Please double-check your delivery details before placing your order. If you've made an error, contact us immediately at customercare@al-tammar.com. We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address information.

Failed Deliveries & Returns:
If a delivery fails, couriers usually attempt redelivery. If unsuccessful, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply to re-ship the order.

Lost or Damaged Orders:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us right away. We'll help file a claim with the courier.
Note: Al-Tammar is not liable for loss or damage once the package has left our facility.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request a cancellation before the order is processed.
Once shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but you may request a return after delivery (refer to our Return Policy).
